If you’re like most company owners are overwhelming you experienced in your company at one time or another. Maybe you experience it regularly and with good reason. What attracts hundreds of things are at once. You will oversee marketing for the production, calls to return, the employees who need their advice. It’s endless right? As you can see to deal with it?
Most of the small company owners that I speak to retain almost all of these things in your head. I ask that your business plan. It’s in your head. I wonder where your employee training manual. It’s in your head. Written about the only thing that is below your calendar appointments. Even many of your to-dos are in your head. Here is a simple and powerful way to get out of overwhelm-write everything.
Master it in your head, because most of how you operate your company is in your head. Start writing down, and you will start to overwhelm the less. Start with a little time each day to document their business processes. Make a list of processes today that are not yet registered. Cover marketing, production, training, accounting, etc.
Then you take one of these areas and document them in detail this week. Each week for the next week, another area of the document. Have within a relatively short time, you’ll need at least the basics of marketing, production methods, customer follow-up procedures and employee training procedures introduced. In other words, you now have business processes. Processes that you can trust. Processes, you should not think. Processes by which your company, no nothing, and now that is not all in your head to oppress.
